Davidson Law Office is based in Bedford, Massachusetts, and serves clients throughout Middlesex County. My name is Richard A. Davidson Jr., an attorney with over 30 years of practical litigation experience and a proven commitment to full service by personally handling the firm’s clients with a focus that includes family law, probate, criminal defense and complex civil litigation.

I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1985 and my law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1988.

I’ve been a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association since 1989. As a lawyer serving a variety of local and regional clients, I am also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit.
